Customer care
For anything about an order, a refund, your library or your devices, write to us. We reply to every message, and acknowledge it within 48 hours.

So we can help the first time, please include:
- the email address your account is registered with;
- your order number, if the message is about a purchase — it is under Orders in your account;
- the title, and the device and browser you were reading on, if something will not open;
- a screenshot of any error message.
We will never ask for your password, card number, CVV, UPI PIN or an OTP. Anyone who does is not CivilIndia.
Data protection requests
To ask what personal data we hold, to have it corrected or erased, or to withdraw a consent, write to the same address. What we hold and why is set out in the privacy policy. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may use the complaint routes available under applicable law.
Reporting a copyright problem
If you believe a title infringes your copyright, write to us with enough detail to identify the work and the listing, and your contact details. We investigate and remove infringing material.
Report a correction
Please include the guide title, edition, page number, a description of the issue and any supporting reference. We will review it and make any necessary correction.
Business enquiries
CivilIndia publishes its own civil-engineering guides. For bulk or institutional purchases for a college or firm, write to the customer-care address with “Business” in the subject line.
