Where your guide is delivered
Online payments are not yet enabled. When paid purchases launch, access will be linked to the CivilIndia account used at checkout after successful payment confirmation. Sign in to the same account and open Your library to read.
A bank debit alone does not confirm delivery: payment confirmation may be delayed. If access is missing, follow the help steps below rather than paying again.
Reading requirements
You need an internet connection and a supported modern browser on a phone, tablet or desktop. The purchase provides access through our protected online reader; a downloadable PDF, printing, physical delivery and offline access are not included. Native apps and offline reading are in development.
Individual guides and packages
Each listing explains which guides are included and their price. Packages provide access to the listed titles. Purchases are one-time payments with no recurring book subscription. The licence and device rules are explained in our terms of use and sale.
If your guide is missing or will not open
- Check that you are signed in with the account used for the order.
- Check your order status and refresh your library after confirmation.
- Contact us with your order number, account email, title and a description of the problem. Include the transaction reference if payment was debited.
Do not send your password, full card details, UPI PIN or OTP. See Contact & grievances for support and our refund policy for missing access, duplicate payments or unusable content.
Availability and corrections
Maintenance or connectivity problems may temporarily affect reading. We review reported content errors and make necessary corrections. A guide is an educational reference; always verify project decisions against current official standards and qualified professional advice.
