- B.E./B.Tech (no discipline restriction, so Civil is eligible) from a Govt-recognised, AICTE/UGC approved institution, with 17 years' experience including work in the safety organisation of Indian Railways/Metro (safety policies under the O&M Act 2002 and MRGR, safety audits, accident/incident investigation, CMRS coordination, mock drills). Govt applicants: Selection Grade officer in Railways/equivalent in GoI, or SE with 17 years' experience in State Govt. Metro/PSU applicants: 17 years' executive experience including 3 years as JGM (IDA Rs 90,000-2,40,000) or equivalent.
