- Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% marks (no rounding off) and a Post Graduation in a relevant field of engineering or Construction Management. Must be an executive working in Railways/Railway PSU (regular or contract) in Level-8 CDA / IDA E2, or in Level-7 CDA / IDA E1 for at least 2 years. Minimum 6 years of post-qualification experience, including at least 2 years in suburban railway project planning and liaison with State Government agencies and multilateral funding agencies (AIIB/MDBs). Proficiency in the local language of Maharashtra.
