- Officers of Central/State Government, UT Administrations, Major Ports, PSUs, autonomous bodies, universities or recognised research organisations (i) holding an analogous post on regular basis, or (ii) with five years' regular service in Level 10 (Rs. 56,100-1,77,500); and possessing a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering with five years' experience in design, construction and maintenance of civil engineering works including harbour engineering (or, for mechanical, maintenance and operation of cranes, locos, marine engines and auxiliary machinery).
